Dry Milling, Grinding, Sizing and Screening
Through cooperation with our partnering facility in Pennsylvania, CBA is now proud to offer size reduction services and screening for a wide range of dry products.

From pre-breaking/shredding to ultra fine grinding with mesh sizes ranging from 0.005mm (collid) to >100mm (coarse) using various types of milling equipment on-site, such as crushers, hammer mills, air-swept mechanical mills and air jet pulverizers. Custom sizes can be met to meet each customers specific needs with finished products range from 1" down to submicron powders.

Screening capabilities include a wide range of vibrating screens, air-swept screens, and ultra sonic screens. The nature of each product is carefully considered before determining the screening process that will result in the desired particle size distribution.

The availability of Air Jet Sieves enables us to screen materials that require absolutely 100% minus specified sieve sizes. As with all FGCs processes, our screening area operates under the watchful eyes of our trained Quality Assurance technicians.

Our Value & Promise of Service
Over the past 20 years of business, we have all watched as the chemical industry change in both size and stature. Through mergers and acquisitions, the invention of the internet, and the standardization of global expectations; each of us has been forced to adapt to an ever changing market. “We” are constantly being asked to provide better products with better service, at better economics. For this reason, we at TRI believe that it is more important than ever to form trusting partnerships with both our customers and our suppliers.

We fully understand that many of these services are not in high demand on a regular basis, but we have found that over time, each of us has probably passed on an opportunity because it was either too difficult to produce, we didn’t have the right equipment, it was too large or too small, or we simply didn’t have the right permits. Often times those are the pieces of business that are most beneficial because often our competition shies away for those same reasons.

Along with vast production capabilities, these services offer our customers a wide range of opportunities to expand and improve their business.  We treat all suppliers and customers with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, consistent with their often proprietary manufacturing requirements.
